Lisa Barba
At a young age, Lisa had a desire to own a hair salon, bringing her to the decision to purchase Headquarters Design Studio in 1983. Lisa’s love for this profession always allows time for continuing education with elite educators in the industry. Lisa’s specialties include color correction, precision haircutting on women and men, and hair texturizing; she also does makeup applications regularly in the salon. Lisa’s dedication and work ethic are the catalyst to her success.
Janet Erdman
Janet’s love for Aveda brought her to Headquarters Design Studio in 1990. As a salon owner and stylist, she has worked closely with Lisa in the development and progression of the salon and its team. Janet continues to educate herself by attending workshops and classes, whether locally in Chicago or as far as Minneapolis, New York, and Miami. Her specialties are women’s hairstyling, balayage highlighting, coloring, and special occasion hairdressing. Janet is certified in SoCap Hair extensions.
William Craft
William has been a member of the Headquarters team since 2009. As a Studio Artist, William is committed to developing his skills through continuing education such as; working Fashion week NYC, attending Aveda’s Congress Festival in Minneapolis and taking classes at the America’s Beauty Show with celebrity stylist Beth Minardi among others. William is the salon mentor within the Aveda network. His passions are in hair coloring and special occasion styling.
Jessica
Jessica joined our team at Headquarters in Early 2022. She has completed our Masters Degree program as an associate and started as a stylist behind the chair just 6 months later. Jessica loves education and developing her skills as a stylist and has just completed Aveda’s level one Color solutions program. Her passion is in blonding and vivid colors, make-up and waxing. She has been a valuable team member, and you will find her always smiling!
